Brian C. Sobolewski is the founder of MicroTech Solutions in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Sobolewski is a life-long Jacksonville, Florida resident. He has been involved in the water damage restoration industry since 1998. In addition, he is also a IICRC certified Water Damage Restoration Technician with Master Water Restoration status as well as a State Certified Mold Remediator. MicroTech Solutions is a full service water damage and mold remediation company. Founded in 2002, MicroTech Solutions employees are trained and certified technicians. Brian Sobolewski is a member in good standing with the Indoor Air Quality Association and The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Brian and MicroTech Solutions work closely with area adjusters and the local community in the field of clean, gray and black water restoration and mold remediation services. Mr. Sobolewski and his company have handled thousands of claims. In 2005, Mr. Sobolewski forecast the need to develop a Hurricane Disaster Response Team to assist the community with quick response time and restoration of affected homes and businesses. This team enabled MicroTech to provide top notch service and save countless numbers of dollars for the insurance industry.

Trena Ellison is the Director of Administration for MicroTech Solutions

She has been with the company since 2010 and worked in the Restoration industry since 1992. Trena is certified with the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration and has extensive knowledge of the fire, mold, and water restoration. With two decades of experience, she has handled thousands of claims and worked with homeowners and adjusters to resolve claims in a timely, efficient manner.

Michael came to MicroTech through our sister company, Shaycore Enterprises, Inc. His 17 years of construction experience and his customer service skills, along with a “can-do” attitude has been crucial to the success of the MicroTech Restoration Team. In Michael’s spare time you can often find him spending time with his son, family and friends either playing pool or participating in water activities. We are looking forward seeing the growth with his amazing team of carpenters and contractors.

Brian has served our Country in the Navy for over 10 years. He owned and operated his own Restoration business prior to joining the MicroTech Restoration Team. Brian’s passions outside of his MicroTech family include anything Pirate, his son, friends and family. His discipline and management experience will continue to thrive and support Michael’s already successful Team.

Stefanie found MicroTech through a friend and has already hit the ground running. Growing up in a Construction Family, she learned many skills at an early age ranging from electrical to building homes. Originally from Oklahoma City where one of the highlights of her career was assisting in restoring families back into their homes after the Tornado of 2003. She also is active in her Faith and spends her downtime with her family living life to its fullest.

During the brief time of Mason’s employment with MicroTech he caught on quickly and was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for 2016. His leadership, can-do attitude and professionalism in the field has quickly traveled him up the ranks while training new technicians. Mason is an avid car buff in his spare time and often is found at the shooting range or home with his family.

Dee has only been in the Restoration industry for two years but her customer service skills and problem solving abilities have enhanced the already First Class Service that MicroTech provides. She recently joined the BNI – Old City Chapter and will continue to grow as our family does. First In – Last Out is her motto and often brings her furry companion Ecko to the office. Her spare time she is working away at her sewing machine creating various costume masterpieces for private clientele.
